The above outlines the monetary commitment of a player upon selection to a team. The fees have been broken down into several monthly payments, which may be paid in advance of the scheduled due dates. However, late or missed payments will result in voiding the team/player contract, and will result in suspension from play and surrender of uniform. Each player is responsible for making these payments in full.
Value Added Benefits to the Player: The CEIHF promises a committed approach to athletic skills, and conditioning development. Resources for strength training and conditioning have been made to make available to all CEIHF players throughout in-season practice sessions, with off-season sessions available during summer months.
Committed players will receive the necessary attention and focus toward preparation for elite level league and tournament competition, with an emphasis on training and development for preparation for Team USA Men's International Team Trails.
Fees cover: Jerseys , pants, regular season game rink time, dry land training, AIHL league fees, and program non-profit status.
Fees do not cover: gear items (helmets, gloves, etc.), non-uniform gear, strength training gym rental, team practice rink rental, home and away travel, or player insurance through AAU.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will be scheduled to travel in 2010 to Las Vegas, El Paso and Phoenix for at least (1) Festival Game Event for each city. The cost per player will be approximately $90 - $100 per player. This will cover transportation (team van), hotel, and food expenses. |

CEIHF PLAYER RECRUITMENT & DEVELOPMENT
A constant process for development and nurturing of prospective amateur and elite players. Through a vigilant introduction and recruitment the CEIHL will attempt to introduce the best talent to the program.
FOLLOWING THE MISSION
The Colorado Elite Inline Hockey Federation commits to building a structure that will develop the amateur and elite inline hockey environment for successful integration to the Rocky Mountain Region of the AIHL (American Inline Hockey League).
CEIHF TEAM PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
The objective of the CEIHF create a non-profit organizational structure and proposed format to ensure consistency, stability, accountability and assurance of equity throughout its local Colorado program. The Colorado Elite Inline Hockey Federation (CEIHF) will ensure that all teams within the Rocky Mountain Region are consistently in compliance with all AIHL league rules and accountabilities both administratively and financially.
This process will also make certain of all standards and accountabilities are maintained for ALL its members through a parliamentary process that will avoid any possibility of unfair treatment or impartiality of its players or organization members. The CEIHF structure will allow for a fair process for player movement from one regional elite team to another when necessary while, preventing any inequitable positioning of player(s) that may cause any disproportion of the league product resulting in FAN disappointment and diminishing support.
The vision and mission driven approach of this group is to building greater awareness and understanding of inline hockey so parents and adult players can make informed decisions about involving themselves and their families in the sport. For many who didn't grow up with the game, the CEIHF wants to make it easier and less intimidating for Colorado's youth communities to join in on everything that inline hockey has to offer.
CEIHF COMMUNITY SERVICES
The CEIHF donation drive benefits the program's elementary school Buddy Up With Hockey initiatives and Hockey Without Boundaries camp and clinic programs, equipment drive programs, and its elite Player community service programs for Colorado youth.
Working together with Colorado 's business community to create a broad-scale invitation to new inline hockey families, easing the beginner process. CEIHF's mission is to increase inline hockey through out the Colorado Front Range and North America , while targeting four- to eight-year-old boys and girls.
CEIHF ELITE PLAYER RECRUITMENT PROCESS
A prospect camp and try-out process that will ensure equal opportunity for all prospective player participants. |
